We're sorry to hear that! We stand by the quality of our products. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Gear & Product Advice

I'm a beginner. What equipment do I actually need to start?

Your first priorities should be safety and proper footwear. We consider ASTM-certified squash goggles to be non-negotiable for all players. Second, a pair of indoor, non-marking court shoes is essential for grip and to protect the court. After that, a beginner-friendly racquet and a blue or red dot ball are all you need to get started.

There are so many racquets. How do I choose the right one?

It comes down to weight and balance. For most beginners and intermediate players, a racquet weighing between 125g and 135g with an even or slightly head-heavy balance provides a great mix of power and control. For more detailed advice, check out the buying guide on our Squash Racquets page.

What do the different colored dots on squash balls mean?

The dots indicate the ball's bounce and speed, designed for different skill levels. In short: Double Yellow is for advanced/pro players (lowest bounce), Single Yellow for intermediate players, Red for recreational players (higher bounce), and Blue for beginners (highest bounce).

Do your racquets come strung?

Yes, the vast majority of the racquets we sell come pre-strung from the manufacturer with a quality factory string that is suitable for a wide range of players. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product's description page.
