At Play Squash Gear, our goal is to get your equipment to you as quickly as possible. We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, which means there is a very limited window of time to request a cancellation.

While we cannot guarantee a cancellation, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request if you follow the steps below.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please act immediately.

Step 1: Send an Email

You must send your cancellation request via email to our support team.
Email: info@playsquashgear.com

Step 2: Use a Clear Subject Line

To help our team identify your request quickly, please use the following format for your email subject line:
Subject: URGENT: Order Cancellation Request #[Your Order Number]

Step 3: Include Your Order Details

In the body of the email, please include your full name and the order number you wish to cancel.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, our team will work to stop the order before it ships. There are two possible outcomes:

If We Successfully Cancel Your Order:

You will receive an email from us confirming the cancellation. A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped:

If your order has already been processed by our fulfillment team and is with the shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel it.

But don't worry. You can easily return the order once it arrives. Simply visit our Returns & Exchanges page for simple, step-by-step instructions on how to send it back for a full refund.

Please Note

  • We Cannot Modify Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order (e.g., add or remove items, change sizes) once it has been placed. The best approach is to request a cancellation of the entire order and place a new one with the correct items.
  • Requests Are Handled in the Order They Are Received: We handle all requests during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST).
  • Use Email Only: To ensure your request is seen in time by the correct department, please do not request cancellations via social media or other channels. Only emails sent to info@playsquashgear.com will be processed.
