At Play Squash Gear, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
- Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us – Email us at info@playsquashgear.com with your order details.
- Receive a Return Authorization – We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item Back—Send the item back to 9315 Snowden River Parkway, suite F, G, H, Columbia, Maryland, 21046, using a trackable shipping method.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. - Refund Processing – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
4. Exchange Process
If you need a different size or product, follow the same return process and specify the exchange request in your email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
