Shipping Nationwide
We ship to all 50 states. All orders are processed and shipped from our US-based fulfillment centers within 1-2 business days.

Please note: "Business days" are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Our Shipping Process
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team gets to work. We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an initial email confirming your order has been received.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
When your order leaves our facility, we will send you a second email: your Shipment Confirmation. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping FAQs
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via our Standard Shipping option. At this time, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Play Squash Gear ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@playsquashgear.com. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost in transit?
While we trust our shipping partners to deliver promptly, occasional carrier delays are outside of our control. If your tracking information has not been updated for 5 business days, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue.
